Apaleo is required for the standard Atlantic AI IBE setup.

During onboarding you will create an Apaleo Connected App with the required scopes. We then read your hotel setup, validate inventory, configure IBE services, and prepare your booking flow.

We use Apaleo PMS and can create a Connected App for Atlantic AI onboarding.*

Performance participation 2% of direct-booking turnover

You are subscribing to Atlantic AI IBE Infrastructure at €5 per room per month plus 2% of direct-booking turnover processed through the Atlantic AI direct-booking channel.

Today (initial charge): You are charged a pro-rated portion of the monthly infrastructure fee based on the time remaining in the current billing period. The exact amount is calculated by Stripe at checkout.

Recurring billing: Starting from the next billing cycle, your payment method will be charged automatically on a monthly basis.

Monthly invoice structure: Each monthly invoice includes:
• the upcoming month’s infrastructure subscription (€5 per room), and
• the retrospectively calculated 2% participation on direct-booking turnover generated in the previous month.

Room count basis: The billable room count is validated against your Apaleo inventory and may be adjusted accordingly.

VAT treatment: Determined based on your billing country and company details and applied on the official invoice.
